Section 38
Details of the organization to be mentioned
(1) When making or executing any document on behalf of an organized organization, details that reveal the clear identity of such organization, including the registration number and the place of registered or head office, shall be stamped or executed by the authorized person in accordance with this paragraph according to the decision of its director.
(2) When correcting or correcting in accordance with sub-section (1), the person who corrects on behalf of such an organization shall not correct or correct a slip. However, after signing, the seal of such an organization shall be affixed.
